Hi everyone,
I’ve always been fascinated by how structure and planning apply across different fields — whether in construction, training, or personal growth. Recently, I started a fitness program through a Manchester-based studio called The Olympus Projects, which uses mythology-inspired classes like Agoge and Herculean Trials to build strength and discipline over 8–12 week periods.
The interesting part is how they structure these programs with long-term focus — kind of like laying a solid foundation before building up more complexity. It reminded me that whether it’s a building or a body, having a strong core plan makes all the difference.
