The ointment feels slightly thick but stays in the eye longer than drops, which seems helpful, especially at night. After a few days of use, the discomfort reduced noticeably. There was slight blurred vision immediately after applying the ointment, but it cleared within minutes. My doctor advised applying a small amount inside the lower eyelid and avoiding contact lenses during treatment. Completing the full course was emphasized even if symptoms improved early.
