After a heavy storm my Moultrie trail camera stopped recording motion events though LEDs show power. What specific diagnostic ask will prompt replacement or repair?

Storms can cause subtle failures; extract the SD card log and note the last saved timestamp, photograph the camera housing and status LEDs, and note any visible damage. Send those items to https://moultrie.pissedconsumer.com/review.html with a request for an expedited warranty inspection or replacement citing possible water intrusion. Ask them to run device diagnostics and, if failure is confirmed, to authorize a priority swap and provide an estimated replacement ETA in writing. Please request a single confirmation and a concise timeframe so progress is visible while support works the case.
